About me
Vandy Owen has been with Tennessee State University since 2003 and has worked with Electronic Resources since 2005. She has a BS in Elementary Education, an MEd in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University, and an MS in Information Science from the University of Tennessee.
