TNLA 2025 Conference

In case of inclement weather, the hotel asks that all guests in the conference center proceed to the service hallway located behind the Exhibit Hall in Salons 6-10.

All attendees agree to abide by the Conference Code of Conduct.
Registration is located near the front doors of the Conference Center. Registration Hours:

• Tuesday, April 8, 7:00AM - 4:30PM (Central)
• Wednesday, April 9, 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Central)
• Thursday, April 10, 7:30AM - 2:00PM (Central)

The Exhibit Hall, located in Banquet Rooms E,F, and G, hosts space for this year’s exhibitors. A map and list of exhibitors is available online or at the registration desk.

The Exhibits Grand Opening will be held on Wednesday, April 9 immediately following the Opening General Session.

• Wednesday, April 9, 11:00am – 4:30pm, Free Time 11:00 – 11:45am
• Thursday, April 10, 9:00am – 2:00pm, Free Time 10:00 – 11:00am

TNLA will provide stickers for your name tag at the registration desk that will allow you to designate your preference for social interaction. Please pick one up when you check in at registration. Red means you’re keeping your distance, yellow means you’re okay with talking but not touching, and green means you’re okay with handshakes, hugs, and high-fives. Please respect the indicated preference of those you interact with throughout the conference.
